Nova Home Improvements was founded 5 years ago by Gleb Leiderman with his wife, Mariia. Gleb learned early what it means to build something from the ground up - a mindset that still fuels Nova today. Nova is further strengthened by the support and compassion of Mariia.
With a drive for helping homeowners, he built Nova around one core principle: showing up for people. He personally visits customers, walks around properties with them, and works closely on pricing to make sure every family gets the best value without compromising quality.
Gleb has a Building License as a Construction Supervisor.
